Dr Lucy Fergusson
Principal Clinical Psychologist
I am an experienced clinical psychologist passionate about supporting young people and families affected by eating disorders. I recognise that starting therapy and making changes can feel terrifying, and I aim to create a safe, understanding space where each person feels heard and supported. Acknowledging that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, my approach draws on a range of therapeutic models to meet the unique needs of each young person and family.
I believe that for recovery to truly take hold, its not only about reducing symptoms, but also about reconnecting with the things that bring joy, purpose and meaning. Drawing on individual and familial strengths, we will work together to make sense of your experiences, develop a shared understanding on what is keeping you stuck, and make meaningful changes that support lasting recovery. By the end of therapy, my hope is that clients feel equipped to navigate life’s challenges and have built a healthier relationship with themselves and the world.
